Headquartered in Santo Tirso, the company began its activity in the national market and, over more than three decades, has consolidated a strong international presence, currently operating in countries such as France, Canada, Poland, Denmark, Lithuania, Morocco, and Romania. Sustained growth and international expansion brought new operational challenges, requiring more robust and scalable processes supported by technology capable of ensuring efficiency, control, and reliability across different geographies.

 

The Challenge

As part of its digital transformation journey, Lasso Eco Innovation identified the need to deeply modernize its logistics and production management. Until then, many processes relied on physical documentation and manual records, which slowed down operations, increased the likelihood of errors, and made real‑time access to information difficult. The complexity of the products—often highly customizable—also required strict control over consumption, production times, and material traceability throughout the entire operational chain. Additionally, the company’s international growth made it essential to adopt an integrated solution capable of supporting different locations, languages, and operational realities, ensuring consistent management from order to invoicing.

 

The Solution

To address these challenges, Lasso Eco Innovation selected myPartner as its strategic technology partner and moved forward with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with myWMS playing a central role in modernizing logistics management. The project involved a multidisciplinary team, including project managers and key users from several departments, ensuring an in‑depth analysis of the company’s needs and the adaptation of the solutions to its operational reality. myWMS, the warehouse mobility solution developed by myPartner, enabled the full digitalization of logistics processes, replacing manual procedures with an integrated system featuring real‑time records and mobile‑based operation. The solution ensures complete tracking of all stock movements—from receiving, storage, and reclassifications to shipping—supported by labeling and barcode scanning. The implementation of myWMS also required the physical reorganization of the warehouses to align spaces and operational flows with the new digital system, ensuring full integration between processes, people, and technology.
