Before the implementation of myWMS, logistics processes relied heavily on paper documentation, making operations slower and more prone to errors. With the digitization of the process, goods are now received directly into myWMS based on purchase orders, reducing errors and resulting in an estimated gain of nearly two days in the availability of products for production. The immediate recording of consumption and times also began to support more efficient management focused on continuous improvement.
